Your information is used to: operate and improve the Platform; process payments and commissions; send transactional emails; personalize your experience; and ensure platform security.

3. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data with: Stripe (payments), Resend (emails), and as required by law. Your public contractor profile is visible to other Tradelink users.

4. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encryption, secure servers, and access controls. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt. Payment data is handled entirely by Stripe; we never store card numbers.

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication (httpOnly refresh tokens) and analytics cookies to understand platform usage.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request account deletion by contacting support@tradelink.com.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to: access your personal data; request correction or deletion; opt out of marketing emails; and export your data.

8. Children's Privacy

Tradelink is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
